Qualified returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery date. Once your return has been approved, packages must be postmarked within 3 business days.

Wigs may be returned for Store Credit Only and will be subject to a 10%-20% restocking fee based on the condition the wig is returned to us in. In addition, restocking fees may be applied due to frequency of returns or condition of wig.

Wig returns are accepted as long as the lace is intact, hang tag is still attached, and the wig hasn't been restyled or cut and shows no signs of wear, other than try on.

Your return may be subject to rejection if:

• Tag is not attached
• Lace (if applicable) is cut
• Strong odor or perfume
• Clear signs of wear

*Sales or special holiday collections are not eligible for return. This includes all FINAL SALE, Outlet, Single Ladies, and any sale or discounted wigs or promos*

The items qualified for return are wigs.

Below are items that cannot be returned:

• Lace Cut wigs
• Clothing
• Final sale
• Any cosmetics, lashes, & wig care items
• Special Sales or Holiday Sales
• Any used items
• Route package insurance

Route Package Insurance is NOT returnable. It is meant to protect your package until delivery, like an insurance. Because the package was successfully delivered to you, it is not returnable. You may contact Route with any questions about their policy.

*Once item has been received and the returned item meets the requirements after inspection and restocking fee is assessed when applicable, product credit will be issued to your account via email attached to account. Please allow 2-4 business days for return processing.

Any return must be sent back in the original box or one of similar size. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please make sure to keep your tracking number. Once your return package arrives at our facility, please allow 2-4 business days for processing.
